Thank you for visiting our site. As a parent of twins, I understand the need for quality childcare. At Cecilia's
childcare, we strive to challange your childs potential in a safe and healthy enviroment.
This site was
developed not only to introduce you to our Child Care Program, but to give parents a resource to help them achieve
success in their children's future. Remember that if we invest in our children we not only invest and secure
their future, but ours as well. The future is what we make of it; therefore invest in children, treat them with respect
and give them the opportunity to learn.
 Cecilia's Child Care offers
a Tri-Language Program. Through play, children are introduced to Spanish, English, and Sign Language. From birth
a child's brain starts making connections from everything that they are exposed to. By exposing children
to language in conjunction with sign language, children use both visual and kinetic side of the brain. When
you sign to a child, he/she intakes sign with the eyes; therefore using the right side of the brain. Then like
any other language sign is processed and stored in the brain's left hemisphere. This operation helps to establish
two memory stores for the same word in two formats and in two different parts of the brain. This operation creates more
synapses in the brain, adding to its growth and development. Children using sign language are simply building
more connections in the brain. In addition, Cecilia's Childcare offers parents and providers classes/workshops
to to learn sign language catered specifically to children. Please contact us for a complete schedule of mommy
